The Vancouver Youth Soccer Association offers scholarships for players graduating from secondary schools and moving onto post secondary education or trades.

Scholarships of $2,000 each shall be awarded by the VYSA Board to 2 players competing in the “Girls” divisions and 2 from the “Boys” divisions. All registered players are eligible. Successful applicants must, for three or more consecutive years, have played with a team registered in the District of Vancouver. Additional consideration will also be given to applicants who are involved in refereeing, coaching or administrative work in soccer under the jurisdiction of the VYSA Board.

Please read the requirements over carefully and ensure that all required information, documentation and letters are enclosed with the application as incomplete applications will not be processed.

The Scholarship Selection Committee will not enter into correspondence with an applicant, or his agent and the decision of the committee is final.

The application deadline is May 31st, 2023.
