Annual Referee Registration opens early March annually and current BC Soccer referees are required to complete their Annual Registration to remain a Registered Referee.

To complete your Annual Registration please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Ref Centre account at in the top right hand corner with your e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Password" button in the top right hand corner and your password will be e-mailed to you.
  2. Go to ‘Registration’ then ‘Register Now’ and follow the prompts to complete your registration and pay your fee online.

Please note: Referees will only be able to register if they have attended the current BC Soccer Referee Refresher Clinic.

If you are located in the Interior and have not attended a Refresher Clinic because it has not been offered yet, please complete your Annual Registration (as per the above instructions) approximately one week after you have completed the Refresher Clinic.

Small Sided referees are NOT required to complete a Refresher Clinic or pay the Annual Registration Fee but still must login to confirm they wish to referee for the upcoming season.

If you’re not currently a referee and are interested in becoming a referee your first step is to take the Entry Level Referee Clinic or Small Sided Referee Clinic. Find out more here:
